Conference tickets are non-refundable and transferable. Which means: If your plans change, and you are no longer able to attend the event, you cannot “cancel” and then get a refund.

What you can do is:

1. Give your ticket to somebody else; or
2. Sell your ticket to somebody else (and it is your responsibility to find that “somebody else”)
